Resolve GeoSciences was founded in 1997 by Don Robinson, the former principal of Oklahoma Seismic and co-creator of MIRA, the once industry-benchmarked 2D interpretation system. Our vision is to make attribute analysis an obvious extension to the daily routine for every explorationist by continuously improving the tools needed for viewing and analyzing the subtle characteristics of seismic data.
Originally a software development company, Resolve GeoSciences marketed SeisShow as a versatile SEG-Y viewer and as an aid for data loaders. Recently as demand has continued to grow for attributes, Resolve seized a unique opportunity to not only capitalize on our access to the topic's leading experts, but also to modify our software in such a way to go beyond expectations for how attribute evaluation can be simplified. The transformation into a services-oriented company has allowed us to work closer to our clients while still retaining our first passion. By listening to the requests of our clients and working with them to streamline their workflows we continue to develop software to empower our clients to take advantage of all of the attributes from their data rather than the few that are normally used or considered.
